How do i create a .udl file from an access file??

1. Start NotePad;
2. Save the blank file as XXXXX.udl (note the *.udl extension).
3. Close NotePad;
4. Doble-Click newly saved XXXXX.udl file, this would get "Data Link
Properties" dialogbox showing.
5. Go ahead with the dialog box until "Test Connection" is passed.
