source of Vba or lisp for TIN

HI

I need a vba or lisp source for produce TIN from 3d points and use it for custom profile for my land surveying projects.

Now i use autocad's civil menu for this work but my client have only Autocad application.

You might look at Plex.Earth's PlexTools - a 3rd party app that has capacities for working with surfaces (mass points & breaklines) in base AutoCAD in addition to its nifty Google Earth routines.  Do a search on YouTube for some sample videos.
