Slow performance on coordinate system loading

Hi, 

   We use a lot the mapconnect dialog box to make connections to different sources, we used to work with Map 2013, now we are testing the same data on Map 2014, but when we connect to the sources (Oracle spatial, shp, wms , sdf), we have to wait 1 or 2 minutes until the coordinate system of each layer is found and displayed, and then move the scroll bar to find the layers we need to add to the map (waiting again while it find the cs of the new layers on screen). We already installed the service packs for this Map version.

We know it is not caused by the data because map 2013 shows everything really quick. 

We saw this issue on 12 clients, some of them windows 7, some windows 8, some 32 bits and some 62 bits.
