SDF export to MapGuide

Is anyone else having trouble sdf file exporting to Map Guide? I am using
MAP6 to export a few files that I have historically exported every quarter
using the map>tools> etc...

For some unknown reason files that took 5 minutes with Map5 are taking
anywhere from five to eight hours to export in Map6. Then when I go to
view the sdf files before I copy them to Map Guide the files are empty.
This is costing me alot of grief. I have not changed any of my .sep files.
Should I have to?

This does not happen all of the time though...Ideas?

I get an sdf of 1 KB and an sif of 37 KB during the export that reads
as an empty file.
