1. What type of report?

2. One feature or a whole data set? What are your options set at?
(MapFeatureEditOptions)

3. If you are querying on the joined fields you may need to save the joined
layer to SDF.

1. The report is on job processes on Map, similar to the one in Civil 3D

2. I need to extract geometry from the whole feature, is there any other option from MapFeatureEditOptions?

3. Saving the joined layer to SDF did not work either.

Looking forward to hearing from you thank you.

Map3D does not have any thing like the Reports manager in Civil3D. You would
need to query the data export the table to csv format and create reports in
some other application.

If you need to create dwg objects from the features you can always use the
map import command.
