"Tools" won't appear in "Display Manager"

Hi.

Using AutoCAD Map 3D 2010, I'd like to create a new legend for my map ("Tools > Create Legend").

I'm trying to follow the steps shown on this video:

but there's no "Tools" option in my "Display Manager" tab 😞

Did anybody experience the same situation? Thank you very much.

I am in MAP 2014, tutorialCreate Map, Exercise 1 Insert a Legend. I Have tolls in the Display manager, but Create Legend is not there.

Parcels are select.

Is it me missing something or Is the tutorial inacurate.
