Querying multiple drawings

One more question for the day.
I have attached 2 drawings to my new map. When I go to query and click Property under the query type I choose "Layer"
Then the Values button will list the layers for the first drawing. How can I get it to display the layers in the second drawing? The layers are different on the second drawing.

They should all be listed as long both drawings are active.

I just reloaded the drawings and all the layers shwed up.
