Queries in Map

When performing a report query on entities with multiple database records
attached to them, only the first record is exported to the report file. For
example, if I attach 3 records in Access to 1 polygon in AutoCAD and then
perform a report query on this entity, only the first record is exported to
the new file. The other 2 records are ignored. If I display attached
records to the same entity through a dataview, all three are highlighted.
Is there a way around this or do you have any advice on how to overcome this
problem.
Thank you, in advance.

Blair,

even if you can link several table records to one object in the drawing I
wouldn't recommend to do that, because of what you're just experiencing. It's
better to have only record linked to one object and having a unique ID in the
table.
I couldn't tell you how to solve this best as I don't know your data and
requirements, but you should try to figure out a way to manage it differently.

This old question i think haven't been solved. I am simplifying a map from many parcels to fewer and so i have the new parcels overimposed to the older ones. I took the ID text from the older parcels into the newer ones by generating enclosed text links. Now i want a report that will generate a one to many relation form my DB so i can migrate all the data to the newer, simpler map. But i can't get but the first record from de object data table. I know Map is not designed for this kind of job but it must be done with it. Help, please.
