Hi,

>> Autocad has some problem with the rainbow automatic colors

You can define your own color range and that is not limited to 20 individual colors.

Another option is to define own predefined schemas like described >>>here<<<.

Hi,

>> i can't get the same windows as shown in your post.

select in the Map TaskPane the item "PARCELLE", then the above icon "Style" and that's where my screenshot starts on the left sided dialog.

If this looks different make show me your "Style" dialog.

>> this work was done with an access table

You do have the polygonal geometry in the MS-Access table?

How did you connect to that?

If i click on the style icon , nothing happened.

I have to select "1parcelle" then  right clic and then add a style >>> theme

Hi,

well, I understand, you don't have GIS-data like SHP or SDF or from a database like MS-SQL-Server or Oracle attached, your geometry is directly in the drawing and the MS-Access file is just linked to some objects in the drawing. I have not played this way for years now, so it was lost from my remembering.

And sorry, I guess there you can't modify anything for the color themes.

What you might do instead (means switching to new technology, and getting a lot more functionality): export your data as SDF and use the FDO-technology (using command _MAPCONNECT) to get the SDF-data displayed, to get the MS-Access data bound, then join them and create the thematic mapping this way.

If you are used to it it's minutes, if not I would spent some hours or a training, but with the result of a lot more flexibility and performance.

Good luck, - alfred -
