Portable License Utility

I am attempting to export my license (for Map) from one source and import it to another. I looked up some information under the help menus and online, but i am stumped. Where exaclty is the Portable License Utility found? I was instructed to go to Programs>Autodesk Map (or Cad)>Portable License Utility. That option is not there. Must this License Utility be obtained? How so?

If the portable license utility is only available in NON-US countries, then
why does my "getting started" manual and my AutoCAD Map 6 help menus contain
all the references to it. I'd like to know where exactly it says that the
utility is only available for Non-US customers. I've scoured the knowledge
base and have found no mention of it. Was this just an oversight on the
part of AutoDesk when they published Map 6? Will the utility be available
in future upgrades. From what I've read it is a great idea.

sorry Anne, if you have to remove it, go ahead, but I've got a point here

John, yes it is a great idea. I don't know why the folks over at AutoDesk
have their heads screwed on backwards. Why do they give it to non-US
versions and not US? IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE!!! Can someone from
AutoDesk please tell us?? I (and others too) have been waiting for an
answer on this for a LONG time!!! I've been frustrated with them for some
time anyway. They take functionality away from LDD and I don't understand
it. I hear they are going to do a big make over with LDD also. Whether
this is true, I don't know, I guess I'll have to wait and see. Why is it
that Map 6 was released how long again, but us LDD users who want the new
version have to wait till the next version of LDD?
