OnSite 7.0 won't launch

I've installed and re-installed MAP 6 series a number of times and just
can't get Onsite 7 to launch. Since OnSite 6 worked fine on the same system
(Gateway) I wonder if something else has changed in Onsite 7? Could it
be my LCD monitor? Graphics card? I have the latest DirectX installed...Oh
brother!

By the way, my video card has 64 MB of RAM and I'm running Windows 2000
Professional.
