Online Map

Once logged into 360 I cannot load the Live Maps via GEOMAP command. I had heard there was an issue on the Microsoft server side, does anyone know if that has been addressed? I now get the error message stating I do not have permission to access Online Map data and to check my entitlement to use.

Have you searched here or within the AutoCAD forum about GEOMAP not working currently?

You might have seen multiple discussions (>>>click<<<) about that issue 😉

And there are also threads with Autodesk answering here like: >>>click<<< or this article >>>click<<<

And the expected fix coming as info from Phil >>>here<<<.

Hello,

  Sorry to revive and old thread, but I had this error a few months ago and these fixes sorted it out.  Today I have again lost the ability to load the online maps.  Has anyone else seen this issue crop up again?

Completed the Hofix and still can't display the map.
