Object Enablers - Map 3D 2007

Our firm runs Autocad Map 3D 2007. We have a new consultant who uses Civil 3D 2009. We've received files, but info such as topo lines and utilities are being shown/interpreted as squares and rectangles. I've come across this while at another firm and we installed the appropriate object enabler to fix the problem.

I have been on the Object Enabler website, downloaded and installed the Civil 3d enabler for Map 3D 2007, but the file information from the consultant is still being shown/interpreted as squares and rectangles.

Anyone have an idea/suggestion on how to fix problem?

You may want to have the originator check the style he used on the surface. In C3D, the style governs the appearance of the objects (like the surface).
