Object data not coming in properties window

Hi,

I am using AutoCAD Map 3D 2009. I am not getting the object data values seen in the properties window in one of my machine. The other machine I am able to get the object data in the propeties window.

 
I have attached screen shot of the machine where the object data can be seen in the propeties window.

Any one has an idea about it.
