North American Nad27 to Nad83 Conversion setup

Our company has recently installed the 2015 AutoCAD Map and Civil 3D software and like every year we have to run through a lengthy process of editing the setup so that the Nad27 to Nad83 conversion will work properly.  We have to do this for every computer and some of our computers have multiusers and this setup has to happen for each user.  Is there a way to script or create a lisp to do this?  The current procedure is to go into Mapcslibrary and edit the grid file interpolation.

Anya suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
