I'm new at using Mr SID image files in AutoCAD Map. I'm using Land Development Destop 5. When I insert the image through the map>image>insert menu I can get it scaled correctly metric/imperial etc but the image does not print with enough resolution when I zoom up on a site. We typically need only about a 5 to 50 acre area of the photo for site development plans. I've tried adjusting pixels in the map>image>options>image defaults dialoge box. It doesn't seem to get the image clear enough for our use. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
