Moving LMTools utility to new server

I am decommisioning a 2003 server that is running LMTools version 11.4. I would like to move this to a new 2012 server. This is only a 1 seat license. I would like to know if I can install the latest LMTools version on the 2012 and use the existing license file? This is for our AutoCAD Map3d 2008 software.

When I install the new version does this install the 2 license mangers that are running on my 20013 server now?

1. Autodesk Network License Manger

2. FLEXnet Publisher License Server Manger

If I recall correctly the license is linked to the mac address of the server therefore you will need to get a new license file and point the Autocad to that new server.

Might want to ask here as well.
