Middle mouse button on steroids 07?

Everytime I pan around my drawing or zoom using the middle mouse wheel my
command line executes tons of returns. The problem is if I have some
information on my command line it gets scrolled way up in the stack. I have
my command line on my second monitor and its stretched from top to bottom.
This did not happen in 2006. This happening to anyone else?

I think I have had this problem in the past but it was my mouse that needed cleaning. The buttons were sticking. It's an option.

Click the padlock at the lower middle of your screen. Make sure it's 'unlocked' See if that works. You will have to do this anytime you open a drawing.
