Menu Problem

We recently aquired Land Desktop 3 and are running Land enabled Map 5. We find that when using a customised Acad2002
menu, on loading the Map pulldown menu overwrites the last pulldown in the Acad menu. Reducing the number of pop menus in the Acad menu has no effect.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you using the 'menu' command or
'menulaod' command?

I am trying to run a standard AutoCAD session. On start up a profile is loaded containing the customised menu.
