Memory leak in Area2D() and Length2D() functions

Use of functions Area2D(Geometry) and Length2D(Geometry) for theme layer provokes memory leak. Memory usage increases continuously during pan and zoom. Shortly it causes fatal error: "Out of memory - shut down".

This problem exists at least from version 2008 till 2012.

What is the FDO provider that you are using these functions on?

OSGeo FDO provider for SDF (both versions 3.5 and 3.6). Provider for SHP works much better — memory usage increases during map panning and comes down on idle.
