Mapiinsert Map Shift

I need your help.

I had digitized a raster map in mapinfo. I have raster map (TIF) with its TAB, and vector tab file.

I insert raster in autocad 3d map using mapiinsert command and using TAB file as the Correlation source. Then I import my vector data into autocad using mapimport. I notice an uneven shift in vector data and the raster map.

What steps do I need to take to remove this shift?

I use MapInfo 7.5 and AutoCAD Map 2007
