map2sdf problem

Hi all,
When I try to export a Mapguide SDF file using the "map2sdf" command in
Autocad 2000i, one of two things happen:
1) If I try to do a coordinate conversion, I get an 'Export Failed'
message
2) If I don't do a co-ord conversion, The .sdf file that is produced is
on visible anywhere on my mapguide map.

Is there a major roblem with AutoCad 2000i's 'map2sdf' utility that I
don't know about. Incidently, I'm using Mapguide Ver 4.

This problem has proved to be a 'showstopper'.Thanks in advance for any
info that might help me with this problem.

In 2000i the conversion will fail if you convert an sdf containing a
coordinate system with a datum to a coordinate system with no datum (i.e.
CANQ27-M9 to generic Lat Long(LL)). Try converting to a coordinate system
that contains a datum.
