Does anyone know of a website of AutoCAD 2000 friendly map colour schemes,
i.e. using colours 1-255? I found:

which give colours in cmyk, rgb, hex, lab and av3 and is well worth playing
with, but I'm using Map 4 so stuck with 255 colours. I'm dealing with up to
13 different pipe materials and plotting to an HP DJ755CM that doesn't do a
useful yellow.
