Map Book Key Map on seperate page

I would like to create a Map Book where the first page is a large Key Map (full page), followed by the rest of the Map Book which would obviously have a different template.

Anyone knows how to do this easily?  Is there a way to create a multi-page Map Book Template?

If it can't be done automatically with the Map Book tab, I know I can always manually add a page with the key map backgroun to a Map Book once it is generated, but how would I put a properly scale grid on it (i.e. the key map grid)?
