Map 3D Legend inside block causes - FATAL ERROR

I have been adding my "unlinked" MAP 3d Legends to blocks lately so i can share it across my drawings.

When I remove the associated layer from map pane. then pan over to where the legend is displayed. Boom - FATAL ERROR town!

Map Legend is very unstable.

Here is a similar example:

Do you have problem like this too?

Well I haven't got a raster connection added so no. Also my legend will only crash when I remove the layer the legend was using. Because the legend is in a block reference it crashes.
