Map 3D 2014 Bulk Copy

Has anyone else run into problems with Bulk Copy.  2014 still allows me to do it, however, now I cannot see Schema's that are stored in my SQL database or Table/Column Names.  Map 3D 2013 which was working, also seems to have stopped working.  The arrow for a menu exists but clicking it does nothing.

Just an FYI I believe it has something to do with loading .NET 4.5.  Unloading 4.5 and reloading 4.0 solved the issue for 2013.

How do you that? I mean unloading and reloading .Net?

I have the same problem: cannot bulk copy a SHP into my SQL server table because I cannot see any schema or columns names,

Control Panel->Programs Add/Remove->scroll down until you see mocrosoft .NET Framework 4.5, uninstall it. Then search internet for .NET Framework 4.0 (I can email you a copy if you cannot find one) and install it. All should work fine and SQL schemas will show up again
