Map 3D 2013/2014 - SQL Server Z values - NO 3D in Map 3D

Since SQL Server 2012 was released I have been excited about the support for 3D (Z and M) with the database.

 

However the FDO Provider for SQL Server strips all my points and 3dPolylines into 2D when pushing into SQL Server, even when connecting to SQL 2012 ... Smiley Mad

 

So stripping my 3D polylines into 2D is not good.  So...

 

When can we expect 3D in AutoCAD Map 3D for SQL Server?
