I recently bought a new laptop and can not find my copy of 2004 Map or 2006 3D Map...does anyone know where I could get a copy of either program?

Thanks - Jimmy

Hi

do you have the serial-number and cd-key?

And as you have got a new laptop, is it running Windows XP? If not you should be prepared to install Map then in a virtual pc or something similar.

Your reseller could be the first address to ask for! :smileywink:

I have the serial number from my previous installs...the new laptop is running windows 8 so I will need to play with something on the computer to open the program.  I did call my reseller and they pretty much laughed at me...I wish money grew on trees but a new license is not in the budget...

You won't run those programs on Win8 (unless you virtualize it, as stated by my austrian friend, with severe performance degradation) so the advice is: keep the old computer with regular license in your Lan, period.
