Map 2000i, plot dwf files

I have just started to work with Map 2000i. Service Pack 1 is installed.
If I try to plot a dwf file, classic or e-plot the computer locks up.
The same files plot OK in Map 2000. Thanks in advance for any help.

Problem solved.

My computer was not mapped to the network computer where the plotter is
installed on LPT1. When plotting the dwf, Map was trying to connect to
the network plotter, access was denied and everything stopped.
