Local license vs network license

We want to check and be sure that our licenses are correct for our company.

We have discovered that some of our HKLM\Software\Autodesk\Serialnumber is marked as 000-00000000 which might be considered as trial? At the same time, if we go to Help > About it shows the correct serial as shared from our FlexLM licenses. The key StandaloneNetworkType is set to 3 which should be Network License mode. Also, sometimes is StandaloneNetworkType set to '0'. So I am not sure what is safe here.

Can anybody inform us about how we ensure that our setup is legal?

only way to check is to verify your serial numbers with your reseller

thats the easiest

im trying to ask if its legal to have a local registry 000-00000000 as long as help > about shows the correct serial and you are licensed.

thanks. do you know if its legal to use older serials locally? we have older products like 2011-products (we are allowed to use 2010-2013 products in our license). can we use serials from 2011 locally or do we have to replace them?

you use the 2011 serial number

as along as you aren't exceding the number of license as you own

thanks. well reading about this seems not so easy as you type here... when companies like http://www.scottandscottllp.com/main/Preventative_Step_to_Reduce_Exposure.aspx seem to specialize in this

have you ever been involved in a autodesk license revision of a company?
