LM Tools fails to read lisence file

Our Previos licence server just failed so we had to install LM lisence utility on a new server.
The only issue is that the LM utyilty will not read the *.lic file. ( ReRead Licence File )
+ the windows service (autodesk) starts and stoops too.

Did you get a new license file? The lic file is tied to the physical address
of the server, if you even change out the hard drive that the LM is on you
need to request a new file, so if you moved it to a different server you
need a new license file.
