LiDAR, Shapefiles & Images - Coordinate Systems

I have sample data for MARS - Merrick Advanced Remote Sensing, that should be a nice data set to demo - an aerial ECW of Invesoc Field here near downtown Denver, LiDAR data, and a .SHP of the surface breaklines - you can download it for free with a trial of MARS (some 100+MB, so I can't post here).  

I'm having a problem getting the data to all spatially register - the image and breaklines come in in one location and the point cloud goes elsewhere.  Opening the .LAS file with notepad indicates that the coordinate system is the same as the .PRJ of the .SHP file - CO83-CF.

Any takers for downloading the data set (it's included with the trial version of MARS - not a separate download) and pointing me in the right direction of what I'm doing wrong?
