Identify map features by clicking in AutoCad Map 2012

Hello

I'm using Map3D 2012 with Electrical CE module.

When I insert a new service point in the Client Interface I'm automatically asked for the orientation. When I insert a minor consumer I'm not asked about the orientation and it is set to the default.

As both objects geometrie are stocked in el_point there can't be the difference. I looked as well in the object rules but can't find any difference. I suppose it must be somethin in the insert-workflow. But where is it regulated? Any ideas?
