How to create a template for display manager

Dear all,

 

I want to add text to my MAP3D drawing. I have points and 3D polylines that have attached object data.

Currently I can manually add drawing layers and text so that I can have visible text on screen.

 

This is fine but I do want a faster way of doing this. Is it possible to have a CAD template with the display manager layers predetermined and their properties selected so that I do not have to manually add them?

 

Currently when I try do this it does not display any text but when I manually add them it shows...

 

Can you help me in this matter?
