How can I fine ESRI?

I have been look all over the web and can NOT fine any maps of Kansas in ESRI format.

I have some shape files of Kansas. Where would you like me to send them.
There is about 27 megs of data.

Not sure if the database subscription is for a fee. I would like to think it
is the Kansas data clearinghouse and is free. Let us know if this is what
you're looking for.
