GCS_North_American_1927

Can someone tell me which datum to assign in Map (LDD 2006) that is the equivalent of what ESRI reads as GCS_North_American_1927? I have downloaded a USGS DEM which is assigned to this spatial reference but when I try to import other data sources into this drawing they don't overlay correctly. I can get it to overlay correctly in ArcGIS 9.2 but I don't want to use it for what I am working on. I want to use MAP... I tried setting up my original drawing as LL84 and some others but not having any luck.
Thanks so much...

Link doesn't work, looking for exact same help the first guy was. I have a map i downloaded from here http://ngmdb.usgs.gov/maps/topoview/viewer/#4/40.00/-107.51 and autocad does not understand the projection it is in, however if I try to bring in the image in ESRI arcmap it says the projection is GCS_North_american_1927.  What do I set cooridante system to in autocad map?
