Open a new dwg, use map import to import the SDF file you saved from the
Oracle connection, under the data column in the import dialog select create
object data table. This will give you AutoCAD polygons with data (object
data) attached to it. Then use the map's mapanntemplate command to create an
annotation template. Once you created that temple use the _mapanninsert to
insert the blocks, these are just like standard AutoCAD blocks on steroids.
You can move rotate all you want. Once you have them placed where you need
them you can export them as points to a sdf file (take the values and
rotation property as data, then in your project connect to that sdf exported
file use a null symbol as the point marker but create a label from the data
and use the rotation value as the rotation angel for the labels.
If you need help creating the annotation blocks holler.

Hey, it's never too late! Changing the size has not been an issue. I just
want to be able to move/rotate the label inside of a polygon and most
importantly, I want ALL of my labels to show up. Right now, if I zoom in so
that only 4 or so parcels are showing, all of the labels show up. But when
I zoom out a little bit to get a few more parcels in the view, 2 or 3 of the
labels disappear. I just want this "dynamic display" of the labels turned
to off so that all of the labels will show up.
If you have any ideas, I definately want to hear them.
Thanks,
Mike
