FDO connection failed in previously saved dwg

Hi,

Recently got connected to SDE server using FDO Provider for ArcSDE and all is working fine although loading times for master map data are slow.

However, I have saved a drawing containing sde data but when I try to open it at a later date and sign in to SDE I get "Failed to open FDO connection" error and map tells me in the display manager hat my data is "Disconnected".

What is going wrong when trying to retreive this data

Map 2011, ArcSDE 9.2, Win XP
