I am getting the following error messages when I start Map 3D 2013:
1. "Cannot find the specified drawing file. Please verify that the file exists."
I have checked my template and it has no block references and the template loads fine.
When I hit "OK" to continue, I get the following warning box:
"The following shortcuts in the search were invalid and ignored":
J:\_CADLIB\_Plot Styles\Current\Add-A-Plot Style Table Wizard.lnk
J:\_CADLIB\_Plot Styles\Current\Add-A-Plotter Wizard.lnk
Where are these 2 files normally found? I did a search on my hard drive and found no such files.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hi,
You've modified folder of plotter to a network path. In this folder, you find PC3 files and 2 LNK files with are links to launch EXE used to add new plotter.
These links are different on each computer (depending location of EXE file), so you need to remove these 2 LNK files in the network folder to keep only PC3 and keep LNK files locally on each computer.

Hi,
In the launcher, you spécify /t XXXXX.DWT to begin AutoCAD with a specific template, verify if you haven't any fault in the name and space before and after /T
for the fisrt message, it isn't the template folder but the plotter folder:
C:\Users\XXXXXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Map 3D 2013\R19.0\fra\Plotters which contains PC3 and 1 LNK file named "Assistant Ajouter un traceur" (Wizard to add plotter in English) which launch (in my case)
"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Map 3D 2013\addplwiz.exe" /LANGUAGE fr-FR
The other LNK is in subfolder "Plot Style"

Also remember that order matters in the Support File Search Path (under the AutoCAD OPTIONS > Files tab). A custom path should be moved to the bottom of the list, below all built-in Autodesk paths.
