dgn to dwg or dxf

A building owner sent us several files in dgn format, but does not have
Microstation to convert them for us. Can anyone direct me to an economical
software or service to translate them to Autocad dwg files or dxf files?

If you have Autodesk Map you can use the MAPIMPORT function, otherwise
Decision Graphics http://www.decisiongraphics.com has been making
conversion software for a long time.
