Crosshair jumps away for a split second in MAP 5

In MAP 5 only, we have a problem where the crosshair moves to another
position on the screen for a split second and then back again. This happens
with different commands on different computers. Generally commands like
move copy and erase. It only happens on computers with faster than 1.4GHz
and with different types of graphics card.

I sometimes have a similiar problem when I use "linkmanager" in Map 5. The
pickbox gets stuck on the edge of the drawing editor. The command works, but
without the pickbox it is impossible to tell which item you selected. It is
resolved by cancelling the command, then rerunning it. Go figure?
