Creating custom coordinate system with 7 parameters

 Hi

I’m using AutoCAD map 3d 2015 and I would like to create custom coordinate system with Ellipsoid = GRS 1980/WGS 84 , and 7 parameters Datum and origin latitude 0, central meridian 48, scale 1 false, Easting 500000, false northing 0. I tried a lot of time and couldn’t do it please if anybody can guide me I appreciate it. My work stopped on this .

start command _MAPCSLIBRARY (>>>details<<<), there you can copy existing CS and modify it.

i know how to get to there my problem is when i trying to create new coordinate system with Ellipsoid = GRS 1980/WGS 84 , and 7 parameters Datum and origin latitude 0, central meridian 48, scale 1 false, Easting 500000, false northing 0. i can not find place to add translation value for X,Y,Z and Rotations value for X,Y,Z and scale factor value.it was easy to do with 2011 version but now with 2015 i not find the way to modify the datum 7 parameres.
