convert parcel with elevation to 3D Model.

a guy said that map 3D have a function can batch convert parcel to 3D model
with parcel's elevation infomation.
anybody can help me confirm the function?

There are discussions in this group about the process. You want to use a
property of an object, in this case elevation, to set the z value of the
contour or another object through a query.
