Commands missing in Map5

I have updated Map2000 to Map5.
I used to work with these 2 commands in Map2000 that Map5 do not recognize:
"_Layoff" which allows to desactivate a layer by clicking on an object (from
this layer)
"_Supcalque" (french version of Map) which allows de delete a layer (with
all the objects that it contains) by clicking on an object.

Are these commands really missing or do they still exist with a different
name?

I believe these commands are from the Express tools.

That's true, I have the express tools with Map2000.
But my express tools menu is still here after installing Map5...
