Combine Insert Image and Display order commands

I have put the Map insert image command and the Display order(send to back) command on my own toolbar and they work great. What would be even greater is to combine the two commands into one. How do I set the select objects to go to the last or previous image inserted??? Has anyone done this??
What would be fantastic would be able to simply pick on my image grid and have the image come up automatically-already set to display from the back.

Put this on the wish list. Raster images should
always go to back by default.

They do this in Raster Design so It shouldn't be too
hard.
