changing linetype scale factor for all blocks in drawing

Hi All,
I've got a strange issue, I'm hoping someone can shed some insight. For the past 2.5 days, I've been CADing a drawing and my boss and I just realized that the linetype scale factor of the blocks i'm using is set to .2, when in fact its supposed to be set to 1.0 (1.0 is required for when it goes to its final form). When I open the properties of a selected block, the line type is .2 and greyed out, so I can't change it. We can't figure out another way to fix this short of going through the whole drawing and replacing the 1000 or so blocks manually. Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Try opening the blocks in the block editor and edit the property there for
the lines.
