Change Open or Attach method from command prompt to window option

For some reason I now have to enter a path name at a command prompt in order to open another drawing. I also have the same situation when trying to attach a pdf or jpeg file to my drawing.

 

 

Could someone tell me how to revert back to the standard window of opening or attaching options?
