AutoCAD Map 2012 stop working

Hi,

  My AutoCAD Map 2012 suddenly stop working. It may related to Map 2013 I installed a couple days ago.

  everytime I try to run 2012, I got this and crash

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Map 3D 2012\acmapdmtask.arx cannot find a procedure that it needs.
AcRxDynamicLinker failed to load 'acmapdmtask.arx'

  I uninstall 2012, clean, re-install 2012, I got this in the middle

Failed to find node: //configuration/Connect/VDrive in XML file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\Content Service\Connect.Service.ContentService.exe.config, system error: -2147020584

  It still install 2012 on my machine. but still the same error message and crash.

  What could be the problem? Should I uninstall 2013 and try again?

Thank you so much

Wes

Don't dare to do that, sir: you'd better restore a system state prior to the 2013 install, i.e. to a "bold" previous date.

WIN-R => RSTRUI => OK

1] press simultaneously the keys WIN (between CTRL and ALT) and R (between E and T)

2] in the small opened window, type in RSTRUI and click OK

3] choose a date previous than the 2013 installation, and go on until Windows restarts.

This method kills every installed program after that date, preserving the user data.
