AutoCAD MAP 2010 64 bit - There are no valid MS Jet providers installed

I am using AutoCAD MAP3D 2010 64 bit. My Jet 4.0 cannot work, any workaround?

That's because MS dropped the Jet drivers in 64 Bit
OS, Look for an ACODE driver or similar.

I have the same problem. What is the ACODE driver? Is there a possibility to get access to excel and access-files for MAP3D 64bit an vista 64bit? Has anybody found a driver?
