AutoCAD Map 2000 r4 with Windows 2000

Has there been a problem loading AutoCAD Map 2000 r4 with Windows 2000.
I kept getting an error message.

_INS0432._MP.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You
will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
Any info would help.
